Message From Your President

Attention Tarrington Homeowners:

I am proud of all of the great things we have accomplished during my three years on the Board and serving as President for one of them. This is my final term on the Board and I want to ensure we have a smooth transition. We are looking for multiple volunteers who are interested in continuing the great work of our HOA Board and serving on the 2018 Board. If you are interested, please send a resume or bio to damian.klute@ey.com by September 12, 2017 for consideration.  New committee volunteers should submit a statement of interest identifying the committee that they are interested in joining.

Sincerely,

Damian Klute
Tarrington HOA, President

How It All Works

From Association Government

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
