Welcome to Hye Park Homeowners Association!
Hye Park Homeowners Association is tucked away in a peaceful canyon setting, with close access to Mission Valley, Serra Mesa and easy access to all of San Diego County. The community was built from 1984 to 1986 and consists of 104 condominiums with two or three bedrooms, one- or two-car attached garages, and other townhouse architectural features. There is an inviting pool and spa area, as well as a small park. The community is meticulously maintained with a well-managed association, a cohesive board of directors, and a hands-on property manager. The association is financially solvent, beautifully landscaped, and boasts above-average owner-occupancy.

How It All Works

From Association Government

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
