Q: Who do I contact to obtain a copy of the deed restrictions?
A: To obtain a copy of the deed restrictions for Avalon Terrace, please contact the Community Manager, Mike DeSilva at (713) 329-7103 or email@example.com. They can also be viewed on the website located at www.pmghouston.com
Q: Who provides water, sewer and garbage service to Avalon Terrace?
A: The City of Pearland provides all residents within the Avalon Terrace Community with water, sewer and garbage services.
Q: Who do I contact for questions about my water bill, water service, water quality or garbage service?
A: For all questions related to your water bill, water service, water quality or garbage service, please contact the City of Pearland Utility Billing Department at (281) 652-1603. For after hour emergencies (water main break, sewer overflow, etc.), please contact (281) 652-1900.
Q: Who do I contact for issues related to my home?
A: The homes constructed within Avalon Terrace Sec 4, 5 & 6 (from 2014 to current) were built by Plantation Homes. For warranty issues related to your home please contact Plantation Homes at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Who do I contact if I need law enforcement?
A: If you are having an emergency, please call 911. For all non-emergency calls, please contact the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Department at (281) 331-9000.
Q: Who maintains roads and street signs within Avalon Terrace? Who do I call for repairs?
A: All streets within Avalon Terrace are in public rights-of-way and are owned and maintained by Brazoria County. If you need to report a missing street sign or damage to a street, please contact the Brazoria County Engineering Office at (979) 864-1265. Brazoria County also has an online form you can submit to request road repairs, street signs, etc. It is located it https://brazoriacountytx.gov/departments/service-maintenance-request
Q: Who is responsible for sidewalks within Avalon Terrace?
A: Residents are responsible for the sidewalks in front of their homes. The HOA is responsible for sidewalks within the common areas. To report damage to a sidewalk in a common areas, please contact the Community Manager, Mike DeSilva at (713) 329-7103 or email@example.com
Q: Who do I contact if there is a street light out?
A: Centerpoint Energy is responsible for maintenance and repairs of streetlights within the Avalon Terrace Community. The simplest way to report a street light that is out or damaged is by using their online form at https://slo.centerpointenergy.com/ There is typically a 6 digit identification number located on the street light pole. This number is needed when submitting the repair request. If you cannot see the identification number on the pole you can look it up at http://gis.centerpointenergy.com/sloreporting/
