Hello everyone,
We wanted to let you know that our HOA meetings have been moved to the 2nd Tuesday of every month, instead of the 2nd Wednesday of every month. As always, everyone is welcome to attend the meetings. The next one will be September 14th.
And an update on our poll for what day to hold the community garage sale:
Saturday, October 9th = 20%
Saturday, October 23rd = 15%
Saturday, November 6th = 73%
The poll is still open and that was only a little over 70 votes cast. We have nearly 400 homes here so there's a lot more residents out there who can vote.

Neighborhood Alert!

We are asking everyone to be alert. Teenagers have been spotted in the development burglarizing vehicles. Please follow these rules:
- Always keep your car locked
- Never leave possessions or valuables in view; lock them in the trunk or, better yet, take them inside
If you witness any suspicious behavior please call 911. If you have information on any of the break-ins or the people involved, please contact the Lake County Sheriff at (352) 343-9500.
