The Wescott Ridge Homeowners Association Community is located in Fairfax, VA just outside Fairfax City lines close to the Fairfax Government Center, Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax Corner and walking distance to the Wegmans in Fairfax.
Cross streets: Cavalier Landing Court and Ridgetop Road

It is comprised of 174 one and/or two car garage Townhomes, 72 Townhome-Condominium style units called the "The Greens", and 170 luxury, garden style elevator Condominium units called "The Courts". Wescott Ridge was built between 2001-2004. The Townhomes and/or Condominiums within Wescott Ridge are purchased homes, not rented.

The Master Association (Master HOA) governs the Townhomes and the 'common areas' within Wescott Ridge. "The Greens" and "The Courts" fall under the Master Association and in addition have their own condominium associations which govern their particular section of the community.

Also located on the Wescott Ridge property, for use by Wescott Ridge residents as well as residents from the Ridgetop Homeowners Association and the Park Side at Fairfax Center Homeowners Association, is the Fairfax Center Recreation Association (FCRA) recreation facilities. These facilities include a swimming pool, a tot lot, and a community room.

Adjacent to the Wescott Ridge Community is a Fairfax County Park, Carney Park. Carney Park provides an open sports field, tennis court, a full court basketball court, and walking trails connecting into the Wescott Ridge community and Wegmans!

We've put our community online to provide you with a more convenient avenue to access information about the individual Associations and community information. We hope you'll take advantage of this new service. Your input and suggestions are encouraged and will be greatly appreciated.

How It All Works

From Association Government

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
