Welcome to Wellesley
Wellesley Homeowners Association is a master planned community consisting of 788 single-family, town home, and condominium homes with amenities including a lake, walking trails playgrounds, basketball, volleyball, tennis, fitness, social and swimming facilities. Wellesley was recognized by the Community Associations Institute by the Central Virginia Chapter in 1992 and in 1999 when it was awarded the national "Community Association of the Year". Wellesley is located in Richmond's far West End off of Lauderdale Drive, 2 blocks from the Short Pump Town Center Mall.

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
