New Information Available From The Board
From the meeting of February 3rd, 2011. There is new information on the accomplishments of the 2010 Board of Directors. You can find it on the All Files & Documents page (you must be logged in to view this file). It is listed under "Documents & Minutes-Managers Reports".

New Condominium Property Act-Accepted At V.O.T.G.

Condominium Act 514a has been revised and ammended and the new version is 514b.

This newer version was voted on and accepted by the Board
at Village On The Green annual Meeting Feb. 3, 2011.

This vehicle has been extremely active in burglaries in
and around our neighborhood. If you see this vehicle in or
around VOG, Call 911 immediately to report their location. Do not approach, these people could be and probably are dangerous.

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
