Muslim Community Center
Several folks have inquired about the new MCC.  Should you need to contact someone at the facility, the owner is Sayed Ali.  His number is (619) 985-7307.

Parking on Via Fiesta
Parking at the corner of Via Fiesta and Via Landini can pose a visibility hazard.  There is a set back requirement and should you discover people parking who are blocking visibility of the intersection, please call Traffic Enforcement - it's a $500 ticket!

PARK RESERVATION PROCESS & FORM
Neighbors:  Please use the Park Reservation Form found under "all files & documents" on this website for reserving one of the Verrazzano parks for an event.  This process was effective end of 2009.  Thank you!

Scoop the Poop!
Verrazzano Neighbors!  The HOA has invested YOUR dollars into "Pooch Pouches" - Dispensers for pet owners so they may conveniently "manage their pets poop".  This means once you pick up the poop, you should also properly DISPOSE of the poop in an approved trash bin.  We are considering adding trash bins TO the NEW poop bag dispensers.  If you like this idea, please email NNJ (Marlene Powell at: mpowell@nnj.com).   If you see people leaving pooch poop on the ground, PLEASE ask where they live so we may drop their poop off at their property.  :)  Seriously, report these individuals right away to NNJ so a letter maybe sent requesting they respect our neighborhood parks and walkways.  Thanks!

Pet "Poop" Management
There's been an increase in the pet "poop" found in our parks and grass areas where people walk.  PLEASE be considerate of our neighbors and neighborhood!  PLEASE carry pet poop bags and PICK UP after your pet!  As a friendly reminder, you may be fined $50 for your pet's bodily waste if your found not picking it up.  Children and neighbors play in these areas.  Please be considerate - no one likes to "step in poo"!  THANK YOU!

How It All Works

From Association Government

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
