Board of Directors Applicants Needed

We are looking for good, business-minded TOA owners willing to volunteer their time and direct the HOA. This volunteer position is not always easy as BOD Members make difficult decisions that impact their friends and neighbors. However, how rewarding is the opportunity to assist your Community? TOA Board of Director positions are a 2-year commitment. This year, the Delegates will elect two (2) individuals to fill Board positions for the next 2-year term. Timarron Owners Association decisions are made by a Board majority, with input from Delegates and Committee Members.

The application deadline is Friday, August 22, 2014. Please click the link below for the application. This deadline gives Delegates an opportunity to review applications prior to the September election.

You can return your completed application via fax, email, or at the on-site office. For additional information, feel free to call (817) 424-3027.

All Board Candidate forms must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, August 22, 2014. Applications received after this date will not be accepted.

Beginning May 19th, Timarron owners will need new access cards to enter the Fitness Center, Bent Creek pool, and tennis courts.  New access cards can be obtained at the Association's Office at 700 Wentwood Drive on Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

How It All Works

From Association Government

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
