Welcome to Thunderbird Property Owners Association!
Thunderbird Property Owners Association, a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation is organized under California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation Law. Every person or entity who is an Owner of a lot in the mapped areas as described by the association's Bylaws shall be a member of "TPOA" as provided by the association's Bylaws.

Membership consists of 246 homes
(276 lots):
* Thunderbird Heights - 167 homes
* Thunderbird Fairways - 23 homes
* Sand Dune - 8.5 homes
* Country Club - 18.5
* Thunderbird Estates - 29 homes

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
