The Columbia Residences Condo of Washington DC is a 225 unit condominium on L Street NW between 24th and 25th Streets. The condominium was built on the grounds of where the Columbia Hospital for Women was located. In fact, the original structure still stands, but Trammell Crow added an East and West Wing to the structure.
