Welcome to Shore Pointe!
The Shore Pointe Association, through its Board of Directors, maintains this site solely for the benefit of property owners. As such, your comments and suggestions are not only welcome, they are critical to the usefullness of the site. The easiest way to communicate your thoughts is by e-mail to our Community Manager Keren Calder at kcalder@equitymgt.com .
The Association's Board of Directors are all elected volunteers who serve two year terms. They meet bi-monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month to conduct the business of the Association. The meetings start out with a homeowner's session at 6:30pm during which the owners ask for assistance in solving problems or have a comment about changes they would like to see made. If you want your voice heard there's no better way than attending these meetings.
So the best ways to keep informed about Shore Pointe is to regularly visit this site, read the newsletters that are sent to you and attend the bi-monthly Board meetings

|
|
|
Every other month a new home will be selected by the Landscape Committee and will be awarded Home of the Month. The criteria used for selection will be the overall condition of the home, the selection of plant material, and the maintenance of landscape. A $25 gift card will be sent to the homeowner to show appreciation for his or her efforts. Homeowners must be in good standing in order to be eligible. This recognition has been approved by the Shore Pointe Board of Directors.
The address of the Home of the Month will be listed on the community website. In addition, a Home of the Month sign will be placed in the front yard of the home for the recognition period.
Is your home next to receive the recognition?

NOTICE!! Invasive Plants
|
|
|
|
|
Please note that the Association has been notified by the Regulatory Specialist that the Tamarisk Plant has been spotted in several back yards within the Shore Pointe Association.
The Tamarisk Plant is considered a weed and should not be left to grow in your yard. It spreads very rapidly and causes other native plants to die. It is imperative that these plants be removed immediately. There are several homes that have been identified by the Regulatory Specialist that have this plant growing in their yard and if not removed by the homeowner, the plant(s) will be removed by the Regulatory Specialist in the coming weeks.
A list has been provided to the Association of those homes that have been identified and once we have been given the exact date and time that the Regulatory Specialist will be at your home to remove the Tamarisk Plant(s), you will receive a notice to allow access to the Regulatory Specialist.
Please be sure that you remove this plant from your home immediately, or the plants will be removed for you. If you have any questions, please contact the Management office at 951.296.5640 or email at kcalder@equitymgt.com.

How It All Works
From
Association Government
Board Member Responsibilities
The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board").
Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board
is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
