Grace period ends 3/31/2012

Assessment Due Date
As communicated previously, the due date for the yearly assessments was moved to March 1st in an effort to assist homeowners with cash flow around the holidays.  The 30 day grace period will end March 31st and a $50 late fee will be assessed April 1st along with daily interest from that date forward.  If you did not receive your bill, you should call the property manager at 847-882-3644 and get one sent to you.  Shenandoah's assessments are amongst the lowest in Plainfield and average less than $5 a week.  Vanguard’s customer service can also be reached at: www.helpme@vanguardcommunity.com.

How It All Works

From Association Government

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
