Welcome to Seven Oaks Community Assoc.
Located on more that 725 acres of land, Seven Oaks is a Planned Unit Development that has been taking shape since 1987. There is a naturalized area, which includes a beaver pond and many open areas where children can play. Upon completion, Seven Oaks will have approximately 4,000 residential units and 1.5 million square feet of retail, commercial and office space.

Fitness Centers in Seven Oaks
Due to the snow and impending snow, both Fitness Centers will be closed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, February 9, 10 and 11.  They will reopen on Friday, February 12 at 6:00 a.m.

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
