Our Community - Robinson Ridge Homeowners Assn
A community to call home.
Our community is special to us…it’s the place we call home and the people we call neighbors. We put a lot of work into it every day and get even more out of it as the years go by.
Part of the reason living here is so rewarding is the way our community is managed. Principal Management Group manages our community. What does that mean for you? It means that our management company, paid with your association dues, provides the professional service you expect in order to maintain the value of your home, while growing the value of your investment.
Basketball Court Area
The board is looking at having some improvements made at the basketball court. Board member Alex Romero was kind enough to work his magic with AutoCad to produce these renderings ( view renderings). The main drive for this improvement was the need for a water fountain located outside the pool area (as during the winter this is locked). Instead of just putting a pipe in the ground with a spigot on it, the board is considering adding a few more amenities to include the drinking fountain (of course), seating areas, waste receptacles, and a small fence running parallel to the sidewalk to reduce the frequency of the ball rolling off the court and out into the street. Another important factor was creating footpaths with crushed stone to eliminate the wear/compaction issues we would have were this left as just part of the lawn. The board is currently investigating the cost of such as project and assuming it fits within our budget, this is one of the improvements we would like to make to our association this year.
Also, as some of you may have noticed, the work has started on Hart to replace the plant material we lost a few years ago due to the drought. Our new landscape maintenance company is completing phase I, which is a drip irrigation system for these beds. Phase II of this project (which is anticipated to be completed by the end of June) will include the replacement of the plant material. Phase III will be the drip irrigation out on Walker and Phase IV will be the replacement of the plant material in this same location. Phase III and IV are anticipated to be completed in 2010, but if the litigation is settled this year over the pool and the terms of the settlement are favorable, we may be able to get Phase III and IV completed this year as well.
Best Regards,
Robinson Ridge Board
