Welcome to Rancho Las Palmas HOA!
Welcome to RANCHO LAS PALMAS, a 240 acre resort of early California charm. There are 864 single story condominiums with most located on lush emerald green fairways and crystal lake settings. Views are abundant of the Santa Rosa and the snow capped San Jacinto and San Gorgonio mountains. There are 26 pools and spas located throughout the low density grounds, and each condominium is individually owned and has its own private patio and 24-hour gate guarded security. The resort is located in the City of Rancho Mirage, California, 20 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport and directly across the street from The River dining and entertainment center.

How It All Works
From
Association Government
Board Member Responsibilities
The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board").
Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board
is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
