Welcome to Polo Club at Rooster Springs
The Polo Club is a private residential community located in the Texas Hill Country. Nestled among centuries-old Live Oak trees and a clustering of spring-fed ponds, it is home to fewer than 100 families who enjoy the outdoors and an equestrian-oriented lifestyle. Horses, tennis, biking, swimming, fishing and hiking unspoiled canyon trails are pastimes enjoyed by Polo Club residents.
The remarkable beauty of the Texas Hill Country combined with temperate winters and outstanding schools makes for a quality of life that attracts residents from across the country -- east and west. Properties range in size from smaller lots situated in a village-like setting to larger estate-size homesites, where horses can be stabled.
To request a resident-led tour, please contact Lynda Crawford at Alliance Management (512) 347-2827. No solicitations allowed.

How It All Works
From
Association Government
Board Member Responsibilities
The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board").
Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board
is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
