NOTE to Pinecrest Owners who purchased their homes prior to January 2005:
If you own your home jointly with your spouse or another person, and only one name is appearing on materials from CMC, including only one owner's name on this online account, please contact CMC to ask them to correct the ownership information. CMC will confirm ownership and update their company records. The previous management company's records only listed the name of one owner, which accounts for this problem. CMC assumed PCA management in January 2004 and since then all new owner information should have been accurately recorded. CMC Contact: Customer Services at (703) 631-7200, exts 254 or 270.

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
