Holiday Decorating Contest Results
Congratulations to our 2011 Holiday Decorating Contest winners! And a BIG THANK YOU to all of you who decorated your homes this year! What a great way to share the holiday spirit and give a pleasing visual gift to everyone. Once again there were so many wonderful and festive displays that the judges had a difficult time making the final selections. All decorated houses were eligible as has always been the case with this fun community contest. The weather was better than most years, and the judging was completed on the scheduled Sunday, 12/18/2011.

The judges made their rounds, took photos, weighed composition, beauty, originality, and spirit, and made the final decisions. Last year was the first year that ties were given, and this year the judges again made an exception and there were several ties for three categories of the nine traditional awards. One additional award category was created, “Holiday Cheer.” The community thanks the Neighborhood Watch Committee for holding this contest each year and especially thanks the member volunteers: DeAnn Jelinek and Beth Singley.

NOTE to Pinecrest Owners who purchased their homes prior to January 2005:
If you own your home jointly with your spouse or another person, and only one name is appearing on materials from CMC, including only one owner's name on this online account, please contact CMC to ask them to correct the ownership information. CMC will confirm ownership and update their company records. The previous management company's records only listed the name of one owner, which accounts for this problem. CMC assumed PCA management in January 2004 and since then all new owner information should have been accurately recorded. CMC Contact: Customer Services at (703) 631-7200, exts 254 or 270.
