ENVIRONMENTAL IRRIGATION PROJECT – BAY HARBOUR

Phillips Landing has been selected to be part of a study to evaluate the effectiveness of local fertilizer ordinances to protect surface water quality. This study is being funded by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and is intended to determine impacts of urban management of nonpoint source runoff on the water quality of our lakes and streams.
