Pebble Creek Property Owners Association is a premier Hanover County single-family home association, which consists of 700 homes. Pebble Creek is located in Mechanicsville on Route 360, three miles east of Interstate 295 with convenient shopping near by. Pebble Creek Property Owners enjoy access to a one of a kind swimming pool, spacious clubhouse with fitness room & meeting room, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, two playgrounds and on-site management.

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
