Updating Master Insurance Policy
It is now incumbent for all PSG&T Homeowner's to become familiar with the current By-laws and CC&R's. They are easy to read and clearly detail the responsibilities of the Association and individual Homeowner's. Of most importance is "Exhibit A - Allocation of Maintenance Responsibilities", in the CC&R's. Please familiarize yourself with these responsibilities.

The Association will be updating its Master Insurance Policy to correspond with the current CC&R's. It is highly recommended that we, as individual homeowner's, do the same. Please consult with your insurance agent to make sure that you have the proper individual homeowner's insurance coverage (sometimes referred to in the industry as a HO-6 policy).

Copies of the restated Governing Documents can now be found on the All Documents page (you must be logged in to access this page). You can view them online, print or download to your computer.

How It All Works

From Association Government

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
