Welcome to the offical website of Oaks of Clear Creek!

Located just a few miles south of Houston, Texas, the 68,000 residents of League City enjoy a small town atmosphere along with big city conveniences. Within League City lies the Oaks of Clear Creek, a 410 single family residential community developed between 1992 and 1995. Our residents enjoy friendly neighbors and the excellent schools of the Clear Creek Independent School District.

The homeowner's association is led by an elected Board of Directors, consisting of five homeowners, who hold the interests of the residents and surrounding community as a high priority.

The Oaks of Clear Creek utilize the expertise of Houston Community Management in addressing the needs and concerns of our residents. HCM works for the Board of Directors. As a team, representatives of HCM and the Board administer all the affairs of the association. The management company makes recommendations and does the legwork for various aspects of the administration, but the Board members make all final decisions. The management company supervises contracts, sends notice of deed restriction violations, handles collections and payments, and performs various other duties for the benefit of the association.

Members of the HOA interested in voicing a concern or serving on a committee are encouraged to contact us at 832 864 1258. Have some fun and serve your community too!

How It All Works

From Association Government

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
