Oakland Hall Condominium @ CS is a condominium community located within a master planned community association of single family homes, townhomes and condominiums located in Alexandria, Virginia. The developer, working with acclaimed architects and land planners, designed Cameron Station at Oakland Hall and the other condominium associations within it, as a unique tribute to American architectural styles of the 18th & 19th centuries re-creating and old-fashion American small town. Brick sidewalks, colonial street lamps, pocket parks and other unique environmental elements are reminiscent of nearby Old Town Alexandria. The Cameron Club that is available to all residents at Oakland Hall is a 13,600 square foot community center compete with health and recreational facilities and an outdoor pool.

Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
