Welcome to Meadow Bend HOA!
Meadow Bend is a master planned community developed by General Homes in 1979 with 1,290 homes on 372 acres. The volunteer Board of Directors and all of the members of the Meadow Bend Homeowners Association are proud of our neighborhoods continuing efforts to improve our lifestyle and increase property values. The association works together to provide activities that promote individual involvement, interaction between members, exchange of ideas and a united community that families can be proud to be part of.

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board").
Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board
is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
