Swim Lessons Registration
Martin’s Chase Residents,
Registration for swim lessons will begin today 5/17/2012 at 12PM. This year, there will have 3 registration periods. The first one will open up today at 12PM. The next open enrollment will open on June 25 for Session 2 and July 30th for session 3. This process will give everyone a chance to register their children for lessons. High Sierra has requested if you blocked off a time and realize you can’t make it please let them know. This will provide another child the opportunity to take your spot. During the summer, unexpected events can come up like vacations and family events. Below you will find the sessions schedules for this year. You can register at www.highsierrapools.com. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me via email jhames@cmc-management.com or phone (703) 542-6694.

Residents,
There have been several sightings of raccoons in the community. Please remember all trash shall be collected and stored in trash receptacles only and not solely in plastic bags. Trash and garbage receptacles shall not be permitted to remain visible from the street except on days of trash collection. No accumulation or storage of litter, new or used building materials or trash of any kind shall be permitted on the exterior of any Dwelling Unit. As a reminder, Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Recycle is picked up on Friday only. Please keep trash covered to prevent a food source for pests. Thank you.
