School Bus Safety and House Egging
It has come to our attention that individuals are throwing eggs at homes in the neighborhood. If you or someone you know are responsible, please have them respect our neighbors. This type of behavior is not accepted in the community.

The next issue to cause concern in the community is school bus pick up in the morning. Residents have complained about the morning traffic. Please be mindful in the morning there are children catching the bus and they sometimes don’t pay attention to traffic. There is limited light at times and sometimes they may be hard to see. Please be mindful when heading out to work, we need to respect the school bus and children. The same rules that apply on the main roads are the same for the community. Please slow down. We need the children safe on their way to school.

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
