Laurel Highlands HOA is a cozy single-family and townhome community nestled in the hills of Lorton Virginia.

Established in 2003, this beautiful site features a lovely community center, swimming pool, basketball, tennis courts and walking trails. Now with more than 200 homes, Laurel Highlands HOA is the perfect place to come to feel a sense of community.

Vision Statement:
The vision for the Laurel Highlands Homeowners Association is for a model community of homeowners and residents working collectively, as volunteers, to achieve the highest quality of life for their families and friends while persevering property values and promoting a neighborly environment that is known to all to be a safe and enjoyable place to live, work and invest in.

Mission Statement:
The mission of the Laurel Highlands Homeowners Association (LHHOA) is to promote a sense of community and create a family friendly neighborhood environment that enhances the livability, safety and welfare of our guests and residents while promoting quality of life initiatives through proper management and fiscal policies, enforcement of rules and covenants, and investments in capital improvement programs that protect investments and create a crime free and aesthetically pleasing community that benefits, and is enjoyed by, all homeowners, residents and their guests.

Values Statement:
In executing our mission and ultimately realizing our vision, we value volunteerism, participation, cooperation, neighborliness, promoting the common good, pride in ownership, honesty, and respect. We will strive for professionalism in all of our actions, purposely mindful of our responsibilities as outlined in the Association’s Declarations, Covenants, Articles of Incorporation, and By-laws.

Community Pool Party

Enjoy a splash in the pool and meet your neighbors!

Resident Amenity ID Cards (Pool Passes)
Renew your ID Cards now. The pool will open on May 26th at 11am. You must have a 2012 Resident ID Card to access the pool.If you have your cards from last year, you must renew your cards for 2012 by obtaining a 2012 sticker from the On Site Office.

If you do not have a Resident ID card from a previous year, you must complete the Resident ID Application and turn it into the On Site office and have your photo taken. All residents 5 and over must have an ID card to access the pool.

Covenants Committee Meeting

The Covenants Committee meets on the third Wednesday of the month.
Location: Clubhouse

Social Committe Meeting
7:00 PM Wednesday March 14, 2012 - 9:00 PM Wednesday March 10, 2162
The Social Committee meets on a quarterly basis or as needed for event planning purposes on the second Wednesday of the month.

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
