Lansdowne Village Green HOA has recreational opportunities such as a community clubhouse, pools, fitness center and tot lots. These amenities are open to owners and their guests. Community Building
This building known as "The Harper House" includes a community room and bathhouse. The lower level has the showers and changing room along with storage and other pool support service areas. The upper level has an office for the Homeowners Association and a community room for meetings and gatherings. This room has a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace and on the outside is a wide wrap around porch for casual socializing.

Wide Pedestrian Trail System
The Community was designed to connect all of the greens, parks, wetlands and recreation center. It provides easy access to Trailside Park and the W & OD Trail.

Pocket Parks
These passive and active parks are full landscaped, and housed within groups of homes throughout the community.

Pools
There is one adult pool and one kiddie pool, sized to service the entire Lansdowne Village Green Community. Surrounding the pool are areas with tables and chairs for lounging, eating and visiting with friends and neighbors.

Tot Lots
The Village Greens offers two large tot lots. One is located between on the east end of the Harper Clubhouse and the other on Front Street.

Fitness Center
Take advantage of the state-of-the-art Fitness Center and separate Aerobics Exercise Room. The fitness center offers: kids playroom, locker rooms, outdoor pool and sundeck, weight traning, cardio, aerobics, yoga or pilates.

Wifi
Enjoy Wireless Openband and stay connected no matter where you go in the Harper Clubhouse.
