Welcome to Lansdowne Conservancy!
Lansdowne Conservancy is the umbrella association for the entire Lansdowne planned community, which includes a commercial office, residential area, a town center and other development. The Conservancy maintains the landscaped rights of way for all public streets in the Lansdowne development, as well as common open space, and is responsible for architectural control for the development.

Users are NOT required to login or establish an account to view the website.

The Lansdowne Conservancy Board of Directors welcomes the input and comments of the members of the greater Lansdowne community. May Meeting Cancelled
The regular meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for this Friday, May 4, 2012 at 1PM has been cancelled. The Board of Directors will meet again on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 1PM in the Board Room at the Harper Clubhouse located at 19501 Promenade Drive Lansdowne, VA. 20176.

Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
