Welcome to La Cresta POA!
Welcome to the OFFICIAL website for La Cresta Property Owners!
La Cresta Property Owners Association (LCPOA) was founded in 1969 when the then-sparcely populated Santa Rosa Plateau was truly the "wild west". Since then, residents have continued to discover what we know to be a most amazing place to live. Indeed, it is a wonderful life in La Cresta POA!
As Property Owners, we have a responsibility to protect the integrity of our community through governance of our CC&R's. They are necessary and important to all La Cresta POA property owners, as they were crafted to ensure safety, beauty and maximum values for our properties. By design, they are not intended to be restrictive to any individual, but to protect the whole of the community.

How It All Works
From
Association Government
Board Member Responsibilities
The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board").
Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board
is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
