If you are interested in serving and can put forth the time to participate, please contact Mike Doemeny at mdoemeny@principal-mgmt.com.  Include experience you may have that would qualify you as a Board Member, attributes that you might bring to the Association as a Board Member and any other additional comments.  

Association Meeting with NTTA scheduled for Feb. 16
The City of Rowlett has set up a meeting between representatives of the NTTA and members of the Harborside and homeowners’ associations for other communities impacted by the opening of the PGBT extension through our area. This meeting will take place at the Rowlett Community Center at 7PM

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
