Storage Room and Bike Room/Rack clean out
To: All Unit Owners/Tenants 9/15/17
We will be cleaning out both the Storage Rooms and the Bike Room and Bike Rack on the pool Level.
You will have until Sunday 10/1/17 by 5:00PM as follows:
Please make sure that anything stored outside your storage locker is put inside your locker by Sunday 10/1/17 at 5:00PM or it will be removed and thrown away without notice.
From now on anything found outside the storage lockers will now be immediately removed and thrown away on a periodic basis.
BIKE ROOM/RACKS (LOCATED ON THE POOL LEVEL)_
Everyone will need to clearly label their bikes on the Pool Level and in the Bike Room in the Lower Level Garage. If they are not labeled by Sunday, October 1st, 2017 at 5:00PM we will donate them to a charity. No exceptions. If you have a bike on the pool level there is plenty of room in the Bike Room located on the Lower Level of the garage. If you do not use your bike that often, please try to move your bike down there. You may not store your bike on your balcony.
Per the Rules and Regulations of the Association: “Bicycles stored on the lower garage or Pool level must be labeled with the Owner’s identification and the address.”
Also, our Association has a Web-Site. You may go to 71EastDivision.com and sign up for an account. You will need your account number. You can receive all notices through the website if you go to My Profile and check the box that says “I would like to receive automated admin. notifications”.
