Election & Holiday Party
The 2017 Annual Meeting and Election for The Gold Coast Condominium Association is scheduled for December 5, 2017, the meeting will be held in the Exercise Room of the building. Owner sign-in for ballots will start at 6:00 pm. the Annual Meeting will start immediately after the Board Meeting. At this meeting, the homeowners will elect Four (4) Directors. Each will serve a two-year term.
We will be holding the annual Holiday Party immediately following the annual meeting.
5 homeowners are currently candidates for the Four (4) Director positions.
For those of you who will be unable to attend the annual meeting, a proxy along with the notice is located in the Documents section on the website or you should receive one in the mail. This proxy must be signed and dated by owner(s) of unit.
Please return this proxy via email at Amy.James@Associa.US or you can fax to Amy James 312-266-7664 by Friday, December 1, 2017 by 5:00PM so we can establish quorum, you may also leave your proxy with the Front Desk.
The Proxy holder may also present the signed form at the Annual Meeting upon registration.
