The condominium is conveniently located in Fairfax, Virginia just off the intersection of Route 50 and Waples Mill Road and less than a minute away from Interstate 66. Located on approximately 20.9 beautifully landscaped acres, Fairfax Ridge Condominium is an eleven building complex totaling 420 residential units in a park-like setting. The community also provides its owners with reserved parking and the use of many amenities within the clubhouse.

The clubhouse is located at 11301 Aristotle Drive, Fairfax, Virginia 22030, and contains a fitness center with a separate child play room, lounge, theatre room, business center, outdoor swimming pool with adjoining tot lot, and outdoor barbecue grills. These amenities are available to all homeowners and their guests.

Ideally located in Fairfax County, homeowners have access to many shopping centers, restaurants, and area cultural centers are located just minutes away. Two major airports, Reagan National and Dulles International, are also within short driving distance.
