Welcome to Ellis Point!
We are a community located in Dagsboro, DE. Within our wonderful community, each building has a wonderful view of the Indian River bay. With many houses built, we have a very established community. A community club house with a fitness center, outdoor pool and a common area with a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, sink). This community even comes with its own private beach access! We are locaed 6 miles from Bethany Beach.

Owners are now able to view their account balances, outstanding violations and work orders related to their units or common area by registering and logging in through the Get Connected box to the right.
