*Cancelled* March Covenants Committee Meeting

The committee will review and make decisions on all Exterior Modification applications received during the month via email.  All applications, if approved, will be forwarded to the Board for final review/approval.

8 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Monday thru Thursday;

The community continues to struggle with the issue of speeding. Please be mindful of your speed when driving through the neighborhood!
The posted speed limit is 25 mph—this is the law. In addition, please practice common courtesy and slow down for your fellow residents, kids, and pets.
We also ask that drivers come to a full stop at all neighborhood stop signs.

  • Covert Security Officer will secure and arm the building at the end of your event. An additional charge of $100 will be deducted from your deposit if your event goes beyond the terms in the Agreement.
  • Guest are not allowed in the Game Room, Yoga Pilate or Gym/Fitness Center if not previously reserved.(If your guests are observed using these rooms an additional charge of $50 per room will automatically be deducted from your deposit.)
  • The Recreation Center must be cleaned of all trash including balloons; trash must be bagged and removed from the facility at the end of your event.
  • All trash that does not fit in the trash receptacles next to the tennis court must be disposed of at another location.
