Good Morning All,

It has been brought to the attention recently  to the Eagles Pointe HOA office of ongoing trespassing within our community. Please be aware if you see or hear of any suspicious activity please contact PWC Police immediately. We have a Trespassing Enforcement Program in place with the PWC Police Department. They will respond accordingly and take action per our agreement. If you have any questions / concerns regarding this program please contact me at the HOA office or PWC Police Department.

The community continues to struggle with the issue of speeding. Please be mindful of your speed when driving through the neighborhood!
The posted speed limit is 25 mph—this is the law. In addition, please practice common courtesy and slow down for your fellow residents, kids, and pets.
We also ask that drivers come to a full stop at all neighborhood stop signs.

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
