Welcome to Eagle Ridge Golf Community!
Eagle Ridge Golf Community is an exclusive golf community featuring executive homes, singlefamily homes, and villas ranging in price from the mid 100s to more than 500s. Many homes offer views of the community's 18hole golf course designed by U.S. Open Champion Tom Kite. In addition, Eagle Ridge Golf Community boasts 142.1 acres of lakes and natural wooded preserve. Located just south of Raleigh on Old Stage Road (between 401 South and TenTen Road), Eagle Ridge Golf Community is easily accessible from Research Triangle Park, Raleigh-Durham international airport, major universities and medical facilities, and just minutes south of downtown Raleigh. Not only is it accessible to RTP, Eagle Ridge is less than a twohour drive to the coast!

Not only will Eagle Ridge Golf Community residents enjoy the semiprivate golf course and 6,000 square foot clubhouse, but also enjoy the swim and racquet club, which includes a swimming pool, cabana, wading pool, tennis courts, children's playground and open spaces.

Splash Bash
Saturday June 23, 2012
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
The Eagle Ridge Social Committee will be hosting our annual pool party on Saturday June 23rd at 4 pm.  Please join us for an afternoon filled with food music and fun at the pool.  We will be having BBQ with all the sides and lemonade along with a DJ and our first cardboard regatta.  Guidelines for the cardboard regatta will be posted at the pool as you enter the hallway.  We will have these available starting May 19th.  If you wish to attend you must RSVP to eagleridgehoaevents@yahoo.com no later than June 16th.

We are in need of 8-10 volunteers to help during the event for 30 min to an hour at a time.  So you will still be able to enjoy the fun.  If you can help that day please email Liz Nugent at eagleridgehoaevents@yahoo.com

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board").
