Welcome to Del Mar Villas Community Association!
Del Mar Villas Community Association is a Planned Residential Development (PRD). We are 114 town houses built on 15 acres. We differ from the usual designation of condominiums because we each own the property on which our individual dwelling units are built. Our location lies within the San Diego city limits, although the Del Mar zip code (92014) is used for our mail delivery. Our services (water, sewer, trash, law enforcement) are provided through San Diego.

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board").
Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board
is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
