Welcome to the Cottonwood Creek Townhomes, a group of 153 individually owned Townhomes located in the northeast quadrant of Colorado Springs, CO, El Paso County, 80918. There are 31 buildings in the Community that were built between 1985 and 1996. Hatch Circle and Los Reyes Circle are the two main streets within the Community, but La Madrina Lane is the entrance street off of Woodmen Blvd. and Whitcomb Lane is an interior street as well. The exterior of the homes are pressboard siding with an asphalt shingle roof. Cottonwood Creek Townhomes is a wonderful Community Association with mature landscaping, a beautiful clubhouse, pool and tennis courts.
