Cottages at Oakleaf Condo Assn is a beautiful 240 unit condominium community in Oakleaf Plantation located at 3750 Silver Bluff Boulevard. There are a total of 8 units (4 flats and 4 townhouses) in each of the 30 buildings that make up the Cottages. Sizes range from 1498 to 1881 square feet of living space. All units have an attached garage. Owners have access to all of the amenities provided by the OakLeaf Plantation Athletic Centers, including pools, fitness centers, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, playing fields and parks. Cottages at Oakleaf Condo Assn is part of the Double Branch Community Development District.
