Welcome to Connor Estates Master Association!
A gated community right in the heart of California's Gold Country on the banks of beautiful Lake Tulloch, we are a community of over 100 homes that began back in the early 1990s. We have a mix of properties, both on and off the water, and we also have one of the few (private) launch ramps onto the lake, which is great for waterskiing, kayaking or just swimming. In addition, our community has two floodlit tennis courts and a volleyball court for use by our residents and guests.
Convenient facilities, including a full-service grocery store, hardware store, dentist and doctor’s surgery are within a couple of minutes’ drive from our gate. We are a very quiet community but we occasionally get together for social events put together by our board and social committee. The facilities and shops of Copper Village are available in Copperopolis and the pleasures of Saddle Creek Country Club are close by as well. Connor Estates Master Association is a gem hidden away in the California foothills and a great get-away for many Bay Area residents.

How It All Works
From
Association Government
Board Member Responsibilities
The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board").
Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board
is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
