Section 19A Construction updates

In the next couple of weeks the pipe crew will progress far enough into the site to allow the trucking of dirt into the site to resume.

In addition to the dirt import resuming, we will also have a retaining wall crew mobilizing onto the site along with the delivery of a lot of stone to construct the walls. The walls will look just like the existing walls along Center Brook Sq.

Additionally, a second pipe crew will be arriving so there will be substantially more equipment onsite.Overall the “look” of the site will be transitioning into something more recognizable in terms of streets and home pads taking shape.

In terms of schedule, the weather has taken a heavy toll and we are definitely behind (we expected that at this time of year) but things should change quickly as we get the road constructed because we will have a roadbed of sorts to move about the site more readily after inclement weather periods.

Loudoun Water and Loudoun County Sherriff's Office Requests
If anyone is seen tampering with any fire hydrant, please call the police. Fire hydrant water uses the same water line as drinking water. An accidental or malicious act against these hydrants could affect the water supply. Only Loudoun Water employees and the fire department personnel are permitted to use a red painted hydrant. Yellow hydrants are to be used by authorized tank companies that must use a hydrant meter. Also, any suspicious activity should be reported if seen at any water tank or pump station. These are located throughout the county and are only checked during the regular business hours. All of our trucks have the Loudoun Water logo on all sides.

How It All Works

From Association Government

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
