Carlton Place Condominium is part of Cameron Station, an award winning, master planned community of single family homes, town homes, condominiums, and shops located in Alexandria, Virginia. Carlton Place is made up of four, garden style, 4-story buildings that have both exterior and underground parking. Three buildings have 32 units each, one larger building has 48 units for a total of 144 units. Our units range in size from about 900 to 1600 square feet, with 4th floor units that have 2nd story lofts or bedrooms.
We are conveniently located within the Washington DC Capital Beltway on the west end of Alexandria. A community shuttle provides transportation for residents to the Van Dorn Metro stop. We are minutes away from downtown Washington DC, historic Old Towne Alexandria, and all the shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities that this culturally diverse area offers.
