If you are a first-time user, then you must sign up to receive a password. Click on "sign up for a new account" on the right hand side to register. Once you have successfully signed up and received a sign in name and password, you will not have to perform this task again.

This website will enable you to view information and services with opportunities to gather news and announcements, access an online resource center for important Blossom Park Villas documents and forms, utilize the member directory and more.

Fire Alarm Repair and Testing 3004, 3024, 3028 and 3038

Please be advised that the Fire Alarm Company, Firetronics, Inc., needs to enter units in building 3004, 3024, 3028, and 3038 to repair fire alarm panels and check fire alarm operation.  Residents are required to be present or to have someone in the unit during the scheduled time of repair.  The Fire Alarm Company, Firetroncs Inc., and management will be entering units on:

Wednesday, September 24, 2014 starting at 9:00am for buildings 3004, 3024, 3028 and 3038.

The fire alarm company must enter the unit to validate the alarms operation and insurance requirements require that a unit owner/tenant must be present or you need to authorize the management company to enter the unit for the inspection.

If you are not available to be present during the scheduled time, please make arrangements to have a friend or relative in your unit or make sure that the management company has keys to your unit and are authorized to enter unit without your presence.

Failure to supply access to your unit will result in a need to have the fire alarm company return which will incur additional charges, and will be added to your account.
