BeechTree residents the pool is now open!

BeechTree residents the pool is now open! In order to use the pool you must have your electronic picture ID pool card. Attached are the pool rules and the application if needed.

      Pool Hours: Closed Tuesday
     Weekend 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM; Weekdays 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

If you already have your electronic picture ID pool card you are all set, you DO NOT need to complete the application.  New homeowners  will need to complete the pool application and come to the office to take a picture.  Extended hours are available during the week as well as on the weekends.

Extended hours for the month of June will be the following:
        Monday:    June 5, June 12        6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
        Tuesday:    June 13                     6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
        Saturday:    June 24                    12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Pool cards will only be issued and active for homeowners who are in good standing with the HOA, meaning all your assessments are current and up to date, as well as having no outstanding covenant violations (lawn, siding, shutters, storage of items, unapproved modifications, etc).  If you are delinquent or become delinquent in your assessment or have outstanding violations your pool card will be deactivated.  All outstanding covenant issues and account balances must be paid in full, processed and cleared before you can receive your pool card, or before your pool card will be reactivated.

Homeowner assessments are due the 1st of each month and you have 15 days to make the payment, if your payment is received after the 15th you will need to include the late fees and other charges that usually totals $25.49.  You can contact CMC at 703-631-7200 to check your account balance.

If you have misplaced your pool card, the replacement fee is $75.00, you can purchase another with a cashiers check or money order only.

Just a reminder that ALL exterior modifications require approval FIRST.  An application is attached for your files just in case you are considering doing any exterior modification.  No exterior modifications or projects should begin, until after you have received approval!

We Get It!
