Welcome to Battlefield Green
Battlefield Green development consists of single-family detached housing and two sub-associations consisting of townhouses, totaling 540+ homes. Located off of Mechanicsville Turnpike in Hanover County, the complex consists of two fully landscaped entrances, a large community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts (in two locations), a family pavilion and children's play areas located in various locations throughout the complex. Battlefield Green was one of the first large scale housing developments in Hanover County.

Battlefield Green has been professionally managed by Community Group since 1996.

Board Member Responsibilities

The Board is ultimately responsible for the oversight of the community association ("the buck stops with the Board"). Although the Board may retain and delegate some of its duties to volunteers, contractors and professionals, the Board is still ultimately responsible for the duties it may have assigned to others.
