Welcome to Azul Flats!
Azul Flats in Fremont is a 30-unit condominium located just a couple of blocks walk to downtown Fremont and the entertainment, arts and culture, and nightlife in the “Center of the Universe,” as Fremont residents often call the neighborhood. Built in 1988, Azul Flats was extensively updated and converted to condominiums in 2007.
We are a close-knit community of friendly neighbors. Our Board of Directors is very hands-on and keeps a close eye on building upkeep as well as living within our budget. All of us enjoy the appearance and style of our building and the pleasant atmosphere of our community.
