ACHOA- ROAD UPDATE - REVISED SCHEDULE

ACHOA–ROAD WORK UPDATE - REVISED SCHEDULE

We want to give you an update on the next phases of road work scheduled to take place:

Asphalt Patching- Monday, June 25th through Friday, June 29th. The asphalt patching will have minimal impact to drivers. Roads will not be shut down and traffic will flow normally around coned off sections as SNC performs patching. At times SNC may direct traffic slowly around the cones and personnel while patching is being performed. Please slow down and use caution when approaching a section being worked on. Patching of the streets will be completed first, then SNC will move on to the pathways of the ArrowCreek Parkway loop. Patching will begin in this order starting Monday: Featherstone Circle, Harbottle, Rabbit Brush, Masters, Arctic Willow, Upper Winding Ridge, Via Ponte, Via Bianca, ArrowCreek Parkway (1 patch near High Vista & ArrowCreek Parkway intersection).

Crack Sealing- Monday, July 2nd and Tuesday July 3rd.  This will have very little impact to drivers. No closures or delays. Cracks will be sealed throughout numerous locations on the Property.

Slurry Seal- Monday, July 9th. Surfaces may not be accessible from 7AM to 6PM (under normal conditions streets may be re-opened 4 to 6 hours after sealing is complete.) Door hangers will be placed at each affected residence 24-48 hours in advance alerting homeowners of the upcoming slurry seal work.  Streets to include: Iron Eagle Trail, North & South Featherstone Circle, Renegade Court, Story Teller Court, Trail Blazer Court, Grey hawk Trail and Morning Song Trial.

Fog Seal- Mid September. Surfaces may not be accessible from 7AM to 6PM (under normal conditions streets may be re-opened 4 to 6 hours after sealing is complete.) We will send out specific dates once confirmed. Door hangers will be placed at each affected residence 24-48 hours in advance alerting homeowners of the work.  Streets to include: Cocopah Court, Eagle Rock Court, Flint Ridge Court, Granite Pointe Drive, Granite Pointe Court, Round Rock Court, Stone Bridge Trail, Shale Creek Court, Marble Ridge Court, Cobble Ridge Court, Harbottle Drive, Zoeller Court, Winged Foot Court, Muirfield Court, Palmer Point Court, Crescent Moon Court, Sky Terrace Court, Sunset Ridge Court, Masters Drive, Artic Willow Court, Oak Grass Court, Rabbit Brush Court, Salt Brush Court and Winding Ridge Drive. (Winding Ridge will also be leveled out to reduce the bumps before fog seal).

Thank you all for your patience during this project!

Sincerely,
The ArrowCreek HOA
